凝心聚力，携手同行
为增强团委学生会内部凝聚力，6月12日下午3:00，湖南科技大学商学院于南校田径场开展第20届团委学生会团辅活动。本次活动由商学院心理健康部负责举办。商学院19级辅导员姜漾漾到场指导工作，第20届团委学生会主要学生干部参与本次活动。
本次团辅在濛濛细雨中拉开序幕。此次活动分为两个环节，分别是破冰环节和游戏环节。在破冰环节中，学生干部们被分为四组，每组在彼此熟悉后确定了本队队名及口号，并最终完成了才艺展示。在本环节中，学生干部们增进了彼此间的了解，现场气氛活跃。
紧接着是游戏环节，在心理健康部的组织下，学生干部们共进行了三个游戏:“喂雏”、“几条腿”、“小动物回家”。在“喂雏”游戏中，四组队伍为取得最终的胜利拼尽全力。即使过程中皮筋掉落，队员们仍旧选择鼓足勇气重新开始、奋起直追。一根小小的吸管、一个小小的皮筋让学生干部们切身体会到团队合作的重要性。团委学生副书记屈政宇在分享小组成功经验时说道：“小组成员团结一心，为着共同的目标不懈奋斗正是我们取得胜利的秘籍。我相信在未来的工作中，商学院团委学生会定能精诚团结、互通有无，为建设商学院更美好的未来共同努力！”
最后，在学生干部们的总结发言中，商学院第一次面向正部级与主席团成员的团辅活动落下帷幕。通过本次团辅活动，学生干部们在收获愉快的游戏体验的同时，也熟悉了彼此，为后续工作的开展打下了良好的基础。
