【军训特辑】以团辅助力大学关系，用快乐适应崭新环境

为帮助新生更好地适应大学生活，提升团队向心力、凝聚力和战斗力，9月23日晚，湖南科技大学商学院心理健康部将新生适应活动前置化，以军训为契机，面向商学院2023级新生于学校体文广场开展了第一次朋辈团体辅导活动。

本次团辅活动在热身游戏“高速呼啦圈”中拉开序幕，在各位主试们的热情带领下，新生们渐渐进入状态。在“不倒森林”的游戏环节中，同学们需要手持杆子围成圈，通过快速移动到下一位置保持该位置的杆子不倒，十分考验参与者的配合度与反应力。游戏过程中，大家笑语连连，好不乐乎。

趣味游戏“吸管大作战”与竞技型游戏“抢水瓶”也激起了同学们极大的兴趣，场内气氛逐渐活跃。他们暂时忘记了面对新环境的不适应和面对新同学的拘束感，相互给予队友掌声和微笑，团队配合默契，团结统一。“第一次在科大这么轻松愉快地玩游戏，能感受到同学间的关系更加亲近了，希望在今后的学习生活中也能和同学们携手共进。”大家纷纷感叹道。

此次团辅活动的顺利举行，不仅在短时间内拉近了新生之间的距离，营造了和谐友好的集体氛围，还锻炼了新生们的团队协作能力和组织协调能力。下一步，我院将持续关注新生动态，贴近实际需求，为他们提供更多有针对性的帮助和支持，助力新生开启大学新征程。
