1.7万余个岗位招贤！湖南科技大学秋季供需见面会顺利举行

为贯彻落实党中央、国务院“稳就业”、“保就业”的决策部署，促进高校毕业生高质量就业，10月28日上午，2024届湖南科技大学秋季毕业生供需见面会于月湖广场举行。本次供需见面会共有341个省内外单位参会，提供1.7万余个就业岗位，涵盖大专、本科、硕士、博士等多个学位层次。

供需见面会的高标准、新模式吸引了大量毕业生前来应聘。现场人头攒动，气氛热烈。求职者与企业招聘人员面对面交流，直述需求，展示优势。如火如荼的见面会现场不仅有毕业生求职的身影，还有许多非毕业生前来了解招聘信息。22级电子商务专业三班谢丽君说道：“招聘会让我提前了解企业对于人才的需求，能帮助我合理规划今后的学习方向。”

此次供需见面会不仅包含传统的现场招聘方式，还结合互联网技术，实现了线上线下同步进行。我院就业服务部学生干部梁静莹介绍到，我院推出了简历问诊、面试技巧培训、问卷调查等一系列特色服务，帮助毕业生对接企业需求，为他们提供全方位的就业支持。

本次供需见面会为用人单位和广大毕业生搭建了优质精准的就业服务平台。下一步，学校将继续开展访企拓岗促就业专项行动，举办各类招聘活动，拓展就业市场，为毕业生提供多元化的就业选择，帮助毕业生早就业、好就业。
