领益智造2027校园招聘商学院专场宣讲会顺利举行

为拓宽毕业生就业渠道，扎实推进2027届毕业生就业工作，9月14日下午，领益智造2027校园招聘商学院专场宣讲会在第三教学楼101学术报告厅顺利举办。本次活动采用“宣讲答疑+简历投递+现场面试”一站式求职服务模式，商学院就业辅导员高亮出席活动，学院2027届相关专业毕业生到场参会。

宣讲会上，领益科技（深圳）有限公司人力资源部副总监罗娟介绍了企业发展概况与企业文化，详细解读了本次校招岗位、薪资福利、人才培养体系及晋升通道。互动环节中，同学们结合自身求职规划，围绕岗位要求、人才培养、职业发展等问题积极提问，现场氛围热烈。针对学生疑问，罗娟逐一细致解答，为同学们求职择业提供了切实指导。

宣讲结束后，企业立即开展现场面试，多名毕业生现场投递简历、参与面试考核。本次宣讲会搭建了校企双向沟通平台，精准对接企业用人需求与学生就业需求，帮助毕业生明晰职业定位。下一步，商学院将持续引入优质企业资源，深化校企合作，全力助推毕业生高质量就业。
