职面未来！湖南科技大学商学院举办2025年春季专场招聘会

为搭建毕业生与高质量就业岗位之间的坚实桥梁，助力学生稳健迈出职业生涯的关键一步，近日，我院于敏行楼C212教室举办2025年春季专场招聘会。学生工作部就业指导服务中心副处长邓辉、院党委书记叶文忠、副院长（主持工作）戴魁早、党委副书记王鹤、21级辅导员李搏、蔡美玲、高亮、李凯娟及22级辅导员段冰洁到达现场，为学生答疑解惑。

此次招聘会吸引了省内外62家优质企业，提供800余个覆盖大专、本科、硕士等不同学历层次的就业岗位。岗位种类丰富、待遇优厚，为毕业生们提供了丰富的职业选择。此外，本次招聘会活动还设有简历问诊、优秀简历展示等板块，能够更好地帮助求职者发现简历问题并及时优化。我院就业服务部组织安排相关事宜，为招聘会顺利开展提供后勤保障。

招聘会上，学生踊跃参与，手持精心制作的个性化简历，结合专业所学询问企业招聘需求，了解生涯路径规划与就业知识运用的技能方法；企业代表微笑迎接每一位前来咨询的学生，与求职者展开深入交流探讨，介绍行业市场背景与目标招聘对象；我院教师与学生进行亲切交流，力求全面、精准地掌握学生的就业意向与发展动态。

据统计，毕业生简历递交数达810份，企业意向签约数达288份。未来，我院将持续推进与用人单位的深度合作，通过搭建精准对接求职平台，开展定制化就业指导服务，助力毕业生“早就业”、“就好业”。
