为进一步强化入党积极分子教育与管理，4月15日下午，学院党委书记叶文忠在第一教学楼104教室为2025年上半年入党积极分子培训班学员讲授专题党课。

叶文忠以“党员的基本条件和发展党员的基本要求”为题，围绕“党员发展的基本条件、新时代合格党员标准、发展党员基本要求”三个维度展开授课。他深度援引《中国共产党章程》和《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》相关规定，从理论维度阐释党的初心使命与性质宗旨，从实践层面剖析当前大学生党员发展中的突出问题；激励全体学员自觉对标党员标准，通过思想淬炼、政治历练、实践锻炼，在不断审视和检验自我中完成思想和行动的蜕变,早日成为合格的共产党员。
