院党委书记叶文忠为入党积极分子讲授专题党课

2026年4月14日下午，湖南科技大学商学院党委书记叶文忠于第一教学楼204教室，为全院入党积极分子主讲《党员的基本条件与发展党员的基本要求》专题党课，系统解读新时代党员发展工作的核心要义。

叶文忠对照党章要求，以政治合格、执行纪律合格、品德合格、发挥作用合格“四个合格”为核心框架，对照分析当前党员发展中存在的问题，逐条阐释党员的基本条件与发展党员的基本要求，引导参训学员深化思想认知、端正入党动机，自觉以党员标准校准言行方向。
课后，参训入党积极分子普遍表示，本次党课学习进一步明确了自身奋斗方向，未来将把“四个合格”作为成长标尺，持续强化理论武装、提升思想觉悟、规范日常言行，主动接受党组织的培养考验，以实际行动争取早日加入党组织。
据了解，商学院党委将持续优化入党积极分子培养体系，后续将通过理论研学、志愿服务、红色实践等多元教育形式，不断提升入党积极分子的政治素养与综合能力，严格把控党员发展质量关，为党组织输送更多高素质新鲜力量。
