发挥朋辈力量服务新生！我院召开助理班主任培训会

为提升新生助理班主任工作能力，明确其工作职责，有效发挥朋辈力量引领作用。9月20日中午，我院召开了2023级助理班主任培训会。会议由商学院实践育人工作室主任童杰成主持，学工办主任陈攀、2023级辅导员高亮及各新生班级助理与会。

会上，童杰成对近期各班级助理提出的疑问进行了一一解答，并针对助理班主任的工作职责提出了两方面要求：一是及时做好角色转换，对新生工作保持认真热情的态度，帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。二是不断提高自身纪律意识、服务意识和质量意识，在工作时务必将初心、爱心和责任心付之于行。
童杰成发言
高亮表示，助理班主任是新生初入校门了解学校的重要媒介。他在对各班级助理在迎新阶段所做的付出表示感谢后，对全体助班提出新的期望：一要强化联动协作，树立大局意识、合作意识和主动意识；二要强化能力，提升业务能力、综合能力和学习能力。随后，陈攀通过诸多真实案例向新生助班传达了“十年树木，百年树人”精神，呼吁大家以饱满的热情去对待接下来的工作。
高亮发言
通过此次培训，不仅加深了各班级助理对于自身职责及助班工作重要性的了解，也让新生助班们从思想上、精神上受到了巨大鼓舞，为今后稳步推动新生工作落实，加强学院学风建设打下了坚实基础。
