未来由你定义！英式控股专场宣讲会在我校成功举办

为搭建校企双向沟通桥梁、提供精准就业指导，10月21日下午，英氏控股集团股份有限公司专场就业宣讲会在我校敏行楼C408顺利举行。近百名学生到场参会，现场座无虚席，求职交流氛围浓厚。

本次宣讲以企业纪实视频开篇，紧扣“未来由你定义”核心主题。招聘团队不仅展示办公休闲设施，彰显企业人文关怀，还系统解读面向我校开放的技术、管理、市场等岗位及晋升机制。最后通过分发产品，将企业研发实力与产品理念从“口头宣讲”转化为“可触摸体验”，帮助学生建立对企业的具象认知。
宣讲结束后，求职交流与人才筛选环节高效衔接。学生主动与企业团队沟通，咨询线上简历投递技巧及后续面试流程；企业招聘人员结合岗位需求筛选简历，并于会后开展现场初面，实现“信息传递—答疑解惑—人才筛选”闭环。

此次宣讲会，不仅为我校学生搭建“直面企业、双向选择”的优质平台，提供精准就业指导，助力湖科学子锚定职业方向，更以干货分享、当场面试、产品互动等丰富形式，推动校园招聘从单一“信息传递”升级为双向“深度联结”。同时有效积累校企合作经验，为我校后续引入更多优质企业资源奠定坚实基础。
