“职”等你来！我校举办2024届春季毕业生供需见面会

为助力毕业生拓宽就业渠道，促进我校毕业生“早就业，就好业”，3月23日，2024届我校春季毕业生供需见面会于月湖广场举行。本次供需见面会共有364个省内外单位参会，提供来自各行各业的1.5万余个就业岗位。

见面会现场设置了多个服务台，众多志愿者守候其中，为毕业生提供政策咨询、就业指导、简历诊断等“一对一”服务，确保毕业生和用人单位能进行充分的沟通交流。同时，此次供需见面会还结合互联网技术，通过毕业生就业群和公众号等方式进行参会企业的推送，为毕业生第一时间输送参会企业的招聘信息，大大提升了毕业生求职的精准性。

我院20级辅导员李搏到现场指导工作，与多家企业进行深入交流，了解用人单位对人才培养、实践能力、综合素质等方面的具体要求。她与毕业生进行面对面交流，鼓励毕业生们树立积极的就业心态，主动接触和了解心仪企业，从实际出发选择适合自己的职业和岗位，并合理规划职业发展。

春季供需见面会是校园招聘的关键时期，接下来，我院将继续强化毕业生就业教育和观念引导，充分发挥校园招聘主渠道作用，分层次、分类别、分领域组织开展招聘活动，提升校园招聘活动的实际效果，努力促进2024届毕业生更高质量、更充分就业。
