关于做好2019年下半年发展对象培训报名工作的通知

各分党校：
根据《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》规定，学校党校拟定于2019年10月中下旬在俱乐部集中举办2019年下半年发展对象培训班。现将报名有关事项通知如下：
1、对经过一年以上培养教育和考察，取得入党积极分子培训合格证，基本具备党员条件的入党积极分子，在听取党小组、培养联系人、党员和群众意见的基础上，支部委员会讨论同意并报直属党委（党总支部）备案后，可列为发展对象。列入今年下半年发展计划的教师和学生发展对象参加本期培训。
2、发展对象培训名额分配见附表。具体培训人员由直属党委（党总支部）确定，并通知参加培训的学生和教工于2019年9月29日前网上注册报名（https://dangxiao.hnust.edu.cn）。请各分党校于9月30日前进行审核，审核的主要内容有：首次申请入党时间（必须与入党积极分子培训证书上的首次申请入党时间一致）、参加入党积极分子培训结业时间（与结业证书上填写的时间一致）、出生日期等。凡是没有通过网上报名和审核的不能参加培训，未经培训或参加培训没有取得合格证的不能发展入党。
