2025年11月25日下午，商学院党委理论学习中心组在三教301会议室开展2025年第11次集中学习。院党委书记叶文忠主持学习，全体院领导、院党委理论学习中心组成员参加学习。

叶文忠强调，学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神，是学院当前及今后一个时期的重要政治任务。全体党员领导干部需进一步提高政治站位，深刻学习领会全会精神的丰富内涵与核心要义，立足商科发展新契机，科学谋划“十五五”时期发展蓝图，切实将党中央决策部署与学院高质量发展实践紧密结合，以务实举措助力湖南省“三高四新”美好蓝图落地见效，为区域经济高质量发展贡献高校力量。
会议集中学习领会了《中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第四次全体会议公报》《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》《习近平：关于〈中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议〉的说明》《沈晓明：深入学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神扎实推动湖南高质量发展》等重要文件精神。
会上，院党委委员、副院长张志彬作中心发言；院党委副书记王鹤，党政办负责人傅燕辉，分别作交流发言；院党委书记叶文忠作总结讲话。其他与会人员紧扣主题，密切联系实际进行了深入研讨。
