关于召开专题组织生活会的通知

各直属党委（党总支部）：
为全面贯彻落实党要管党、从严治党要求和学校第二次党代会精神，校党委决定全校党支部在3月份召开一次专题组织生活会。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、组织生活会的主要内容
1.深入学习贯彻学校第二次党代会精神
党支部要组织全体党员深入学习学校第二次党代会精神和学校2016年工作会议精神，进一步提高认识、统一思想，增强政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识。每位党员都要结合实际，就本单位如何深化改革、如何进行学科专业调整、如何提高管理服务水平和个人如何参与支持改革开展讨论、发言并表态。
2.开展民主评议党员工作
按照校党委《关于深入开展民主评议党员和处置不合格党员工作的实施办法》的要求，认真组织开展民主评议党员。
3.继续开好“三严三实”专题组织生活会
根据学校《关于开好“三严三实”专题民主生活会的通知》（科大党发〔2015〕35号），尚未召开“三严三实”专题组织生活会的党支部，可结合这次专题组织生活会进行。
二、有关要求
1.专题组织生活会在3月20前完成，学校将派出检查组就此项工作进行专项检查并将检查情况进行通报。
2.各级党组织要高度重视、精心组织，确保专题组织生活会取得实效。同时，要明确专人做好详细记录。
